Restricted Items

 WASTE MATERIAL - This agreement is for non-hazardous solid waste which can be disposed of at the area from a non-hazardous solid waste landfill. Customers are responsible for ensuring that waste materials that are banned from landfill disposal are not placed in the dumpster and agrees to pay charges, including but not limited to those listed below, if banned wastes are present in the dumpster. Some of the waste items which are banned from the landfills are the following:

1. Batteries

2. Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning units

3. Liquids such as oils, fuel, paint, tar, and other hazardous material

4. Televisions

5. Fluorescent bulbs

6. Additionally, no concrete, or dirt material are allowed in the dumpster

7.     Electronics and/or vacuums. 

8.     Tires or Items w/ Springs (See Mattress/Sofa/Items w/ Springs Section)

9.     Household Trash (ex. items you would throw away due to everyday use, milk cartons, egg shells, banana peels, etc.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES - There are a select number of additional charges the Company can and will assess at the end of the service time. Some of these additional charges are:

1. If waste material is above the maximum loading level, a fee of $175 will be added (e.g. driver having to unload items stacked above the sidewalls).

2. A fee of $150 will be added if we are unable to drop off or retrieve a dumpster due to blockage or other contributing factors given it becomes an unproductive trip/dry run.

3. An extended service area charge will be added if pick up more than 20-24 miles/$40, 25-29 miles/$50, 30-34/$75, 35-39/$100, over 40 miles/$150.

4. Any waste material not listed as a banned item but considered unsuitable for containment (e.g. malodorous, rotten, pest infested) may cause a $50 sanitation fee.

LANDFILL FEES - Landfill fees will be assessed within 24 business hours after pick-up. Customer is responsible to pay landfill fees and shall be liable for all taxes, fees or other charges imposed upon the disposal of the Customer’s waste materials by Federal, State, local laws and regulations. Any and all charges, fees, and/or assessments incurred by Company relative to the denial of payment to Company by Customer’s credit card company, bank or any other entity used by Customer in an attempt to pay Company, are fully the responsibility of Customer and reimbursable to Company, in full, by Customer, plus Customer agrees to pay Company a fee of $50 per denial. This incudes any costs incurred due to being over allowed weight of 2 tons (included in price of rental), additional banned items and/or shingles or other hazardous materials not presented during agreement for rental. 

Shingles: Use of dumpster rental for shingle disposal must be presented at time of inquiry. If you are disposing of shingles or the dumpster is for a shingle job, please let us know prior. Dumpsters rented for shingles CAN NOT contain any other debris other than job related.

Mattress/Sofa/Items w/ Springs: We are able to dispose of a mattress or items with springs, however, we do charge a fee of $35 per bulk item. 

Tires: We are able to dispose of Tires but we do ask that tires are stacked to the side of bin, separate from item in bin. An $75 charge will be added per tire for disposal fee.

ACCESS AND EQUIPMENT - Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to equipment for Company during service times.  Delivery and removal of a dumpster at Customer’s property involves a risk of damage to Customer’s real and personal property as a result of maneuvering the dumpster with heavy equipment; Customer accepts this risk and releases the Company from any and all liability for any damage resulting from Customer’s negligence in doing so. Customer shall be responsible for any injury to any person using the dumpster and for any damage to person or property related to the dumpster being located at Customer’s property.

GROUND CONDITIONS - Customer warrants that any right of way provided by Customer for Company location to the most convenient public way (street, road, etc.) is sufficient to bear the weight of all Company dumpster and vehicles required to perform the service contracted. Company shall not be responsible for damage to any private pavement or accompanying sub-surface or any route necessary to perform the services contracted. Customer assumes all liabilities for damage to pavement or road surface, sidewalks, lawns, fences. shrubbery, trees, septic systems or wells. Roll-Off Dumpsters and the trucks that bear them are extraordinarily heavy, especially when loaded. Customer agrees not to overload dumpsters by weight (legally our vehicles cannot transport more than 8,000 pounds) or by volume (over the top of sidewalls).

TRANSPORTATION - Federal, state and local laws govern the transportation and gross vehicle weight of over-the-road vehicles.  Debris may not be loaded above the “MAXIMUM LOADING LEVEL” of the roll off container. Roof materials shall only be loaded to the “SHINGLES FILL LINE” marked on the roll off container for these materials. If Company is unable to tarp container due to overfill or if unsafe to transport, COMPANY has the right to dump all or part of the load on site.
